Hogshead Family Cemetery This small cemetery plot os located on a farm owned by Mr. Joe Siple, which is located just off of a county Route 736 which serves as a short connection between Routes 42 and 250, leaving Route 42 a few miles out of Parnassus, and connecting with Route 250 at Jennings Gap. Most of the grave stones in this cemetery are a red sandstone, and strange as it might seem many of the inscriptions are quite legible altho crudely cut in the beginning. Some few stones have been replaced with newer granite stones, or have had one family stone erected to commemorate several members of a family.
