Come Visit our Galleries and Research Library

ACHS office and research library hours are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10am-1pm on the third floor of the RR Smith Center. It is strongly suggested that visitors and researchers make an appointment by either emailing adminachs@augustacountyhs.org or calling 540-248-4151 to ensure that our volunteer archivist is available to help.

Research requests can be emailed to the archivist team at archivist@augustacountyhs.org

The ACHS history gallery is open to the public on the first floor of the RR Smith Center for History & Art. Gallery hours are T-Th 1-4pm, Fri-Sat 10am-4pm, and Sun 10am-2pm.

Please note that ACHS office hours differ from the History Gallery hours.
